&lt;p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica; min-height: 14.0px"&gt;&lt;span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica"&gt;&lt;span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px"&gt;When I woke up in the morning, before even getting out of bed, I checked my iPhone for messages.&amp;nbsp; There was a strange FaceBook message, from an unfamiliar name.&amp;nbsp; Here’s what it said:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica"&gt;&lt;span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px"&gt;How GREAT is that???!!!!!!&amp;nbsp; This $1,000 check was from over 4 years ago when I sold one of my houses.&amp;nbsp; I was totally unaware of the “error.”&amp;nbsp; It seems like it came from “out of the blue.”&amp;nbsp; Of course, it came after tapping before I went to bed so that my subconscious mind could work on it.&amp;nbsp; This could be just a coincidence, I know.&amp;nbsp; In any case, it’s AWESOME and noteworthy and a great example of what can happen.&amp;nbsp; I’m so glad it happened to me.&amp;nbsp; What FUN!!!&amp;nbsp; The Universe works in mysterious ways. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;I
have decided to use my EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practice to create a
more healthy body for myself.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;In the
process, I hope to teach you techniques that you can use for yourself.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I recently had a baby, my first, 4 months
ago.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I have found my body transformed
in ways I had not imagined.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I thought
that this would be a great opportunity to show you my process on myself and
give you some insight into my work as a practitioner via video (on YouTube) and

&lt;p class="MsoBodyText"&gt;Sugar Cravings are a common situation for many people,
myself included.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I love candy, all
sorts.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;gummy bears, swedish fish,
starburst, CHOCOLATE covered just about anything.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I love cookies, especially with milk.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I know that these things carry “empty” calories, but usually, I
just don’t care.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;What’s a little gummy
bear gonna hurt anyone, their “fat free.”&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;
&lt;/span&gt;Well, it’s usually a few fistfuls, not just one, and I’d like to
consider eating with health in mind.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoBodyText"&gt;&lt;!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;!--[endif]--&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoBodyText"&gt;Enter, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques).&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;We can tap on our cravings and propensity
for sugar in order to handle these situations without feeling deprived, nor any
pain at all.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Actually, the power is
taken right out of the sugar altogether.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;
&lt;/span&gt;See for yourself.&lt;/p&gt;

scale of 1-10 (10 being the most intense), my sugar addiction is at an 8.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;&lt;!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;!--[endif]--&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;Let’s
start on the karate chop spot.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

though I love sugar and feel like I need to finish each meal with some, I’m
still a really good person.”&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

though I ate needless sugar yesterday and am afraid I’m going to do this again
today, I deeply and completely love and accept and forgive myself.”&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;&lt;!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;!--[endif]--&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

at a whopping “1”, a HUGE improvement.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;
&lt;/span&gt;But we’ve got more work to do, many issues to tackle here throughout the
process.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I know that I can do a quick
tap on any cravings I have throughout the day.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;
&lt;/span&gt;Make sure that you remember that for yourself.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;It’s an incredible tool, right in your back pocket…actually, at
the tip of your fingers!&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;&lt;!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;!--[endif]--&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

bears and swedish fish that are in my cupboard (except to be pleasantly aware
that I wasn’t craving them &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: Wingdings;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;J&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;So far, I haven’t even needed to tap on this issue again.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Nice and low maintenance.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Techniques) practice to create a more healthy body for myself.&lt;span style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;In the process, I hope to teach you techniques

opportunity to show you my process on myself and give you some insight into my

scale of 1-10 (10 being the most intense), my irritation with being overweight
is at a 7, enough to motivate me to do something about it.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;&lt;!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;!--[endif]--&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;We

&lt;/SPAN&gt;I became conscious of my “problem” as a young child as my parents and grandparents swatted my hands away from my face, put hot sauce on my fingertips, and bribed me with money and toys to stop.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Alas, none of these techniques worked and I now have a strangely high tolerance for all kinds of hot sauces.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA"&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman" size=4&gt;I liked to tear the nails off, which would often break the skin on the top of my fingers, making them red and sensitive.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Nice huh?&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;It gets even better.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;I would also gnaw at the skin around my cuticles, often making them bleed.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Is this unpleasant to read?&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;I’m sure it was really disgusting for other people to see, perfectly normal for me, though I probably would have been grossed out if I saw someone else’s hands like that.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA"&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman" size=4&gt;I did have a few fleeting moments of “white” at the end of my fingernails.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;The first time happened while I was recovering from back surgery in the hospital.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;They had me on morphine and I could barely see straight or formulate sentences…thus, I must not have been conscious enough to put hand to mouth.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Therefore, I “woke up” with these scraggly fingernails that I was very proud of and fascinated with.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;FONT size=4&gt;&lt;SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA"&gt;The second time was in preparation for my wedding.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;I was expecting an onslaught of eyes on my hands due to wedding ring fascination.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;My ring is unconventional, and I figured I shouldn’t offend people, or gross them out for that matter, with my unkempt hands.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; FONT-FAMILY: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA"&gt;Then, about 6 months ago, I was watching a DVD on EFT where a young boy, probably 6 or 7, talked about tapping on his problem of biting his nails.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;It worked!&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;He was shy, not an “actor” and quite matter-of-fact about this turnaround.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;I was STUNNED!&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;I pressed pause and began what I hoped would be a new era.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;A grown-up, white on the end of her fingernails, Erin.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;I tapped on it for about 2 minutes, took a deep breath, and felt great.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;I had no idea what kind of effect this would have.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;“good.”&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;A week, “okay, I’m getting somewhere, this is exciting, plus it’s taking no effort”…the most startling thing is that I was not thinking about it at all.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Then a month, “now this is weird and exciting and I need to learn how to care for these things..”&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Now, it’s been about 6 months.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp;
